We can collect and recycle all types of household furniture such as wardrobes, drawers, dressing tables, sofas, sofa beds, tables, beds, electrical items, carpets, curtains, chairs, tables, art work, mirrors plus all small ornaments, foods, toys and clothes.

If we have failed to list an item, we are confident we can remove and recycle it.

Where we can, we will try and find a re-use for any solid and useable furniture items such as wardrobes, drawers, cupboards, art work, mirrors. Etc.

Charities are always looking for good quality and re-useable items, we can donate and deliver the  furniture to them.

Are you licenced, registered and insured to carry out a Landlord House Clearance?

Yes, we hold a current waste carriers licence, also have public and employees liability insurance.

This licence is a legal requirement for carrying any customers waste. Whether you are a builder, plumber, gardener or any other trade and carry waste from a site, you must hold a waste carriers licence.

Can you remove and recycle single items?

Yes, we can recycle single items. We do have a minimum single item charge but we can collect fast and get the job done for you.

How long does it take to clear a property?

We can clear a standard house within a few hours, but depending on the amount of work required such as clearing a full house etc, this may take upto a day or longer.

It can take longer clearing a house if the property is cluttered or heavily spoiled, but we will work tirelessly to get the house clearance completed as soon as possible.

Can you give us a house clearance quote over the phone?

Yes, we can discuss your property and requirements over the telephone or email, but if your project is on the large side then it would be advisable to book a survey and we can give you a more accurate house clearance quote.
