Garage Clearance Service

Easy Rubbish Removal

If you would prefer an online quote, you can simply email us some pictures of the garage or shed as it sits with the rubbish inside and we can send you an estimated junk removal quote. We always work on a ‘ pay as we take away ‘ service so you can be assured you will not get ripped off. A garage clearance is generally a pretty easy task for us, as normally there is good access for walking the junk to the van.

Once the van is parked up we will start with boxing the small items up and carrying these to the van so we can gain access to the large items. The large items are loaded onto the van and the smaller items packed and stacked around and inside the larger pieces of furniture.

A standard size garage can take between 1 and 3 hours to load onto our van or vans, depending on the size of the garage and how long the walk is to the van. Once the garage or shed has been cleared we will sweep the floor to make it nice, clean and tidy for you.

How do we recycle your waste?

After we have loaded the waste from your garage or shed using experienced staff and purpose built tipping waste vans we transport the junk to a licensed waste transfer facility which is based in Chesterfield.

Once we arrived at the recycling facility the van was weighed with the junk in the back of the van and we headed to the tipping area. After we have tipped the load into the segregation bay the recycling staff will pull out the different materials and move them to different areas of the yard. Wood, metals, plastics, clothes are all pulled out and placed in different skips.

These materials are then taken away for recycling. The items that are left are shredded and taken away for RDF which is refuse derived fuel which is basically burnt which creates steam and makes electricity for us to use in our homes. Now the van is empty we head back onto the weighbridge and I then pay to have the waste recycled.
