Probate House Clearance
Service

Probate Services

There are many probate services that a company can offer, we specialise in a complete house clearance service after a loved one has died. We will arrange an appointment to meet you at your property and complete a survey, this will enable us to get a feel of what service you require and then we can work out an action plan and give you an estimated house clearance cost.

We understand that you may need to clear the house prior to putting it up for sale and actually selling it and that you can not simply keep paying probate service providers such as a house clearance service out of your own pocket. We can create a contract that we will get paid once the house sale is completed, this agreement will require drawing up by your solicitor. If you wish to use this service, unfortunately we will not pay for any of your solicitors’ charges for drawing this agreement.

Probate Solicitors

Probate solicitors or probate lawyers depending where you live or what you’re used to calling a solicitor or lawyer are there to help you process a probate. This will include settling any debts and distributing assets following the death of a loved one. A probate solicitor will help the executor of the estate to process the probate. A probate solicitor will also have the expert knowledge of both inheritance law and tax law and possible implications of them on a person’s will. They are there to offer expert guidance and help through the whole process. We are also here to offer the same service of helping you through the house clearance process and make this large and emotional issue disappear as quickly and hassle-free as possible.

The costs of probate can be a minefield and your probate solicitor is there to help you understand the costs and including any inheritance taxes you may need to pay. If the value of your loved ones estate is over £5000.00 then the application fee is £300 but there’s zero to pay if the estate is less than £5000.00
I have found this information on the government website, and it offers other bits of useful information about probate.
