How do we help solicitors clear a house
First we will visit the property and complete a full survey, this will include looking for items we can potentially purchase from the estate from the house, garage, shed loft and garden. Once this part of the survey is complete we will get you an estimated house clearance quote. This quote will include the labour to load our vans, transport the non-saleable items to a registered recycling facility and have the items correctly recycled.
We operate a purely ‘ pay as we take away ‘ service, so prices are very transparent. When we clear a property, we will empty all the cupboards, clear all rooms storage areas. Once the clearance is complete we will vacuum all carpets, sweep all hard floors so it’s ready for the estate agents to take pictures.
We can even arrange for a professional garden maintenance team to come and tidy the garden to make it more presentable to the future buyer.
